I started David Phillips Design in February 2022 - bringing over 30 years industry experience working both agency and client side - I bridge the gap between a freelance designer and a design agency with the simple belief that good design can make your business better.
I specialise in  brand identity and design for print using business strategy to create work that's relevant and gets noticed.
With a bold, typographic and illustrative design style, you can depend on me to bring fresh ideas to every project ensuring yours is crafted to the very highest standards.

With over 30 years experience working with a broad mix of clients across the UK, EU and USA including start-ups and large organisations.  I’ve worked with clients in publishing, manufacturing, civil engineering, charity, education, fashion, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, electronics and the natural environment.
My design approach combines business strategy with creativity, this means I will ask lots of questions digging deep into your business until I find that little bit of magic that sparks an idea for the project, creating an emotional connection with your customer and telling the story of your brand.
